Throughout his career, Bruce has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, strategic budgeting, and delivering high-quality service to both ownership and tenants.
Bruce has managed portfolios ranging from individual assets to multi-million-square-foot portfolios, with hands-on responsibility for lease administration, financial reporting, vendor management, capital improvement projects, and property onboarding. He has extensive experience working with owned, third-party, REO, and receivership properties, and frequently partners with ownership during acquisitions and transitions to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
