About Dave
Dave Tesch joined the Thomas Duke Company to reinvigorate and expand the company’s presence in Macomb County. Now, almost 10 years later, he’s the leader of a team that reaches into not only Macomb County, but also the Troy, Rochester, and Rochester Hills markets. In that decade, Dave has built an impressive bank of experience with investment sales, user properties, and land sales for development. He’s closed transactions from out-of-state, multimillion-dollar, class-A portfolios; apartment properties; and land deals, piloting them from raw-land acquisition to final sale to the investor.
Dave’s fierce attention to detail and his problem-solving abilities take the stress out of even complex transactions for his clients. They trust him as he guides the process, knowing he won’t be satisfied until the job is done right. At the same, they come to know him as a real person, down to earth and honest, balancing a love for his work with his love for his wife and three young sons. On days off, they know he might be traveling with his family, exercising, playing hockey, or coaching little league baseball.
