Snehal earned a Masters in Finance degree from Walsh College. Prior to joining our team, she worked with McKinley for 3 years.
With more than 20 years of experience at Thomas Duke Co., she advanced to Controller of the Accounting Division, overseeing the financial management of a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties. Throughout her career, she has helped clients maximize returns by improving financial processes, managing cash flow, overseeing budgets, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Working closely with property managers and ownership groups, she monitored mortgages, capital expenditures, tenant improvement costs, and operating budgets, equipping clients with the financial insights needed to make informed investment decisions. Her experience has provided a comprehensive understanding of the challenges property owners face, from maximizing NOI and controlling expenses to enhancing tenant satisfaction and protecting asset value.
Today, she leverages that expertise in property management sales, helping owners identify management solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and support long-term portfolio success.
